*A list of what every cook, or at least the ones following this blog, should have in their kitchens.


Basics needs

Fry pan with cover
Olive oil
Vegetable oil
Sherry vinegar
Balsamic vinegar
Dijon mustard (with the whole grains—expensive but worth it for cooking)
Salt
Pepper in a grinder
White wine
Paprika
Jasmine rice
Garlic
Chicken and beef bouillons (they come in a jar, and the one I LOVE is “Better than Bouillon”
Red pepper flakes
Soy sauce
Quinoa
Salsa
Eggs
